George Rigas files plans for 147 unit building in Park Slope, at site of Grand Prospect Hall
George Rigas, on January 27, filed a permit application for construction of a 147-unit, 140,420-square-foot mixed-use building at 263 Prospect Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn. The properties, between 5th and 6th Avenues along Prospect Avenue, were purchased last year for $30 million.
