Herman Jakob files plans for construction of 19-unit resi building in Riverdale

Herman Jakob through the company West St Gardens LLC, on March 3, filed a permit application for construction of a 19-unit, 11,647-square-foot residential building at 2710 Decatur Avenue in Riverdale, Bronx.

There have been 11 new building plans, including these plans, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 52-foot-tall, four-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00687592. The development site spans one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: new four-story penthouse and cellar residential building with 19 dwelling units.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have two dwelling units. Floors two through four will each have five dwelling units per floor, and the penthouse will have one dwelling unit. The cellar will also have one dwelling unit. The building will have 10 on-site parking spaces.

The architect listed is Sander Williams Architect PC.

The property was acquired for $420,000 on June 8, 2015.
