Shimon Hoffman files plans for 82-unit resi building, most units in Carroll Gardens in 12 months
Shimon Hoffman, on March 3, filed a permit application for construction of an 82-unit, 55,694-square-foot residential building at 33 4th Street in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn.
These are the largest, and only second total, new building plans filed in the Carroll Gardens neighborhood in the previous 12 months.
The plans call for the construction of a 72-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00668047. The development site spans one tax lot.
The project is described in the filing as: proposed new seven-story residential building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lounge and seven dwelling units. Floors two through four will each have 15 dwelling units per floor, the fifth floor will have 13 dwelling units, the sixth floor will have 11 dwelling units, and the seventh floor will have six dwelling units.
