ZHL Group receives TCO for 49-unit resi building in Midwood
ZHL Group, on February 11, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 49-unit, 33,346-square-foot residential building at 1673 Ocean Avenue in Midwood. Yevgeniy Lvovskiy, CEO at ZHL Group, filed the plans.
The plans, pre-filed on December 19, 2017, call for the construction of a 74-foot tall, eight-story, 33,346-square-foot residential building with 49 residential units. The time from pre-file to TCO was three years and two months.
The project is described in the filings as: proposed new eight-story with cellar residential building with community facility.
The ground floor of the building has a recreation space, lobby, 17 parking spaces, and ambulatory diagnostic center, per the plans. Floors two through eight each have seven dwelling units per floor. The building’s cellar has an exercise area.
Zproekt is listed as the architect.
The property was acquired for $2.3 million on August 31, 2017.
