Zev Mayer files plans for 50-unit resi building in Highbridge
Zev Mayer of Skyrock NYC, on December 7, filed a permit application for construction of a 50-unit, 29,946-square-foot residential building at 1268 Shakespeare Avenue in Highbridge, the Bronx.
Zev Mayer has now filed plans for at least four new building plans over the last several months. On September 20, the developer filed a permit application for construction of a 32-unit, 25,917-square-foot residential building at 708 Mace Avenue in Bronxdale. On October 19, the developer filed a permit application for construction of a 36-unit, 23,478-square-foot residential building at 2150 Clinton Avenue in Tremont. Then, on November 10, the developer filed a permit application for construction of a 33-unit, 25,176-square-foot residential building at 128 West 167th Street in Highbridge.
The plans call for the construction of a 50-foot-tall, five-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00639521. The development site spans multiple tax lots.

The ground floor of the building will have seven dwelling units, per the plans. Floors two through four will each have 12 dwelling units per floor. The fifth floor will have seven dwelling units and recreation space.
