Ben Zahler files plans for 54-unit resi building in Fordham Manor

Ben Zahler, on December 6, filed a permit application for construction of a 54-unit, 33,780-square-foot residential building at 2678 Creston Avenue in Fordham Manor, the Bronx.

The plans call for the construction of the second-most dwelling units in the neighborhood this year.

The plans call for the construction of an 80-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00636463. The development site spans one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed new eight-story residential building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby and five dwelling units. Floors two through eight will each have seven dwelling units per floor.

The architect listed is P Georgopoulos Architect PC.
