Zev Mayer files plans for 36-unit resi building in Tremont

Zev Mayer of Skyrock NYC, on October 19, filed a permit application for construction of a 36-unit, 23,478-square-foot residential building at 2150 Clinton Avenue in Tremont, Bronx.

The plans call for the construction of a 68-foot-tall, five-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00610421. The development site spans two tax lots.

The project is described in the filing as: Proposed five-story and cellar residential use building.

per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have five dwelling units and outdoor parking for 11 cars. Floors two through five will each have 11 dwelling units per floor. The cellar will have three dwelling units. The building will also have a rear yard.
