Arben Mitaj permitted for 111-unit resi building in Fordham

Arben Mitaj, on October 20, was given a permit for construction of a 111-unit, 75,672-square-foot residential building at 2072 Anthony Avenue in Fordham, the Bronx.

The plans, pre-filed on September 29, 2020, call for the construction of a 113-foot tall, 12-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: construct new apartment building.

Per the plans, the ground floor will have two dwelling units, recreation space, and a residential lobby. Floors two through eight will each have 11 dwelling units per floor, while floors nine through 12 will each have eight dwelling units per floor. The building will also have parking space for 22 cars.
