Zev Mayer files plans for 33-unit resi building in Highbridge

Zev Mayer of Skyrock NYC, on November 10, filed a permit application for construction of a 33-unit, 25,176-square-foot residential building at 128 West 167th Street in Highbridge, Bronx.

These are at least the third new building plans filed by the developer in recent months. The other two plans called for a 36-unit, 23,478-square-foot residential building at 2150 Clinton Avenue in Tremont and a 32-unit, 25,917-square-foot residential building at 708 Mace Avenue in Bronxdale.

These are the ninth new building plans filed in the neighborhood so far this year.

The plans call for the construction of a 75-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00625848. The development site spans two tax lots.

The project is described in the filing as: Proposed seven-story residential building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have thee dwelling units. Floors two through seven will each have five dwelling units per floor. The roof will have recreation space. The building will have 10 outdoor parking spaces.

The architect listed is Nikolai Katz Architect.

The property was acquired for $380,000 on June 28, 2016.
