Zev Mayer files plans for 32-unit residential building in Bronxdale

Zev Mayer, on September 20, filed a permit application for construction of a 32-unit, 25,917-square-foot residential building at 708 Mace Avenue in Bronxdale, the Bronx.

These are the first new building plans filed in the neighborhood this year.

The plans call for the construction of a 70-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00596480. The development site spans one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: proposing seven-story residential building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have three dwelling units. The second floor will have five dwelling units. Floors three through six will each have six dwelling units per floor.

The architect listed is Nikolai Katz Architect.

 

The property was acquired for $760,000 on June 15, 2006.
