Zalmen Kaufman files plans for 31-unit residential building in Crown Heights
Zalmen Kaufman, on July 24, filed a permit application for construction of a 31-unit, 27,127-square-foot residential building at 1367 Eastern Parkway in Crown Heights.
The plans call for the construction of a 70-foot tall, seven-story residential building.
The project is described in the filings as: proposing new seven-story and cellar residential building.
The ground floor of the building will have two dwelling units, per the plans filed. Floors two through six will each have five dwelling units, while the seventh floor will have four units. The ground floor will have parking spaces for 16 cars and the outside of the building will provide 885-square-feet of recreation space.
Amr Ouda is the architect listed on the filing.
The property was acquired for $1.1 million on September 20, 2019.
