Yoel Werzberger permitted for 52-unit resi building in East Williamsburg

Yoel Werzberger through the company Watermark Capital LLC, on April 13, was given a permit for construction of a 52-unit, 61,667-square-foot residential building at 173 Johnson Avenue in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

The permits were new building and foundation permits.

The plans, pre-filed on January 30, 2019, call for the construction of a 74-foot-tall, seven-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: proposed new seven-story with cellar residential building on the single zoning lot with church and school buildings. Total 52 Class A dwelling units with accessory 26 parking spaces in the cellar.

The ground floor of the building, per the plans will have a lobby and six dwelling units. The second floor will have seven dwelling units and recreation space. Floors three through six will each have eight dwelling units per floor, while the seventh floor will have seven dwelling units. The roof will have recreation space.
