Related finishes $23.9M multi-floor rehab at 30 Hudson Yards

Related Companies, on April 13, formally completed a $23.9 million rehabilitation of several floors of an office building at 30 Hudson Yards in Hudson Yards.

The plans, pre-filed on April 27, 2020, call for a rehab of floors one, 46 through 51, and 60 of the 1,269-foot tall, 68-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: general construction modifications taking place on the 1st, 46th-51st, 60th construction fl (66-71, 80 marketing floors) indicated per plans filed here with. No change in use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $23,930,637.
