Yoel Werzberger finishes construction of 22-unit resi building in Flatbush

Yoel Werzberger, on June 17, formally completed construction of a 22-unit, 20,372-square-foot residential building at 1409 Flatbush Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn.

No temporary certificate of occupancy was issued prior to this final certificate of occupancy.

The plans, pre-filed on July 5, 2017, call for the construction of a 65-foot tall, four-story residential building. The time from pre-file to C of O was three years and 11 months.

According to the plans, the ground floor of the building has retail space, recreation space, and one dwelling unit. Floors two and three each have seven dwelling units per floor, while the fourth floor has three dwelling units and the lower halves of four dwelling units, the upper halves of which are on the fourth floor mezzanine floor.

N D Architectural & Design was the architect named.

The property was acquired for $2.9 million on June 14, 2019.
