Elvis Dushi files plans for 20-unit rental in Williamsbridge

Elvis Dushi, on June 17, filed a permit application for construction of a 20-unit, 14,963-square-foot residential building at 3573 Laconia Avenue in Williamsbridge, the Bronx.

The plans call for the construction of a 37-foot tall, four-story residential building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number X00517860. The development site spans two tax lots.

The project is described in the filing as: new apartment building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have two dwelling units and a vestibule. Floors two and three will each have six dwelling units per floor, while the fourth floor will have five dwelling units and the lower half of a duplex unit, the upper half of which will be located above.

Badaly & Badaly Architects is listed as the architect.

The estimated job cost is $4 million.

The property was acquired with two other properties for $810,000 on March 3, 2021.
