Yoel Schwimer finishes a $230K change in retail space at 436 Albee Square in Brooklyn Heights.
Yoel Schwimer, on March 26, completed a $230,000 change in use of the cellar, ground, and second floors at 436 Albee Square in Brooklyn Heights.
The plans call for no change in size but a change in use to three floors of the 311-foot tall, 28-story, 143,225-square-foot building.
The project is described in the filings as: interior renovation to existing building to change use of portion of cellar, first and second floor. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $230,000.
The building plans explain that retail stores in the cellar and ground floor will be converted to an eating and drinking establishment while a retail store on the second floor will be converted to a doctor’s office.
The average size of each residential unit is about 793-square-feet in the mixed use building.
The building was designed by ODA Architecture.
