Yoel Kahan files to add eight dwelling units to two-unit resi building in Prospect Lefferts Gardens
Yoel Kahan through the company HSK Management Inc., on May 6, filed a permit application to add eight dwelling units to an existing two-unit residential building at 371 Hawthorne Street in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn.
The plans call for the increase in the size of the building from a 23-foot tall, two-story building to a 53-foot tall, five-story building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number B00516787. The development site spans one tax lot.
The project is described in the filing as: filing a major alteration vertical and horizontal enlargement to an existing two-story building, work as per plan.
According to the plans, floors one through five of the building will each have two dwelling units per floor. The building will also have a cellar.
Asher Architects is the architect listed.
The property was acquired for $950,000 on January 20, 2021.
