Yisroel Greenfeld files plans for demo of six-unit building in Williamsburg, ahead of 13-unit development

Yisroel Greenfeld, on July 12, filed a permit application for the demolition of a six-story residential building at 436 Union Avenue in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

The developer recently filed plans for the construction of a seven-story building with 13 dwelling units at the site.

The plans call for the demolition of a three-story building.
