Prospect Developers II files plans to demolish three-story East Williamsburg house

Prospect Developers II, on July 12, filed a permit application for the demolition of a building at 834 Metropolitan Avenue in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Konstantin Gubareff, managing director of the company, filed the plans.

Earlier this year, the developer filed plans for the construction of a 49-unit, 44,565-square-foot building at 828 Metropolitan Avenue in East Williamsburg.

The plans, pre-filed on July 12, 2022, call for the demolition of a three-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: full demolition to a three story house

The property was acquired for $1.6 million on May 16, 2022.
