Idan Shitrit files plans to demolish Greenpoint building recently purchased for $15.1M
Idan Shitrit through the company Clay Properties LLC, on July 12, filed a permit application for the demolition of a building at 29 Clay Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
Jacob Kohn, also through the entity Clay Properties LLC, paid $15.1 million to Andru Coren for 19 Clay Street and 29 Clay Street last month.
The two properties have 19,796-square-feet of built space and 27,821-square-feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 47,628-square-feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data.
The plans, pre-filed on July 12, 2022, call for the demolition of a building.
The project is described in the filings as: full demolition of two story structure, using hand held and mechanical means to assist to remove structure, load out debris and back-fill site.
