Yisroel Greenfeld files plans for 13-unit mixed-use building in Williamsburg

Yisroel Greenfeld, on May 31, filed a permit application for construction of a 13-unit, 49,320-square-foot residential building at 312 Roebling Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

There have been 50 new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 75-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00745331.

The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 110 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed eight-story residential building: subject to 421-a deadline.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have retail space, recreation space, and a health care office. Floors two through eight will each have seven dwelling units per floor. The cellar will have parking.
