Swiss Madison files plans for 25-unit mixed-use building in Crown Heights

Swiss Madison, on May 31, filed a permit application for construction of a 25-unit, 10,000-square-foot building at 274 Sullivan Place in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Mendel Greisman, the founder and CEO of Swiss Madison, filed the plans.

There have been 30 new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plan call for the construction of a 74-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00747704.

The development site spans two tax lots. The lot has a width of 49 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed new building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby. Floors two through five will each have five dwelling units per floor, the sixth floor will have three dwelling units, and the seventh floor will have two dwelling units. Floors six, seven, and the roof will all have terraces. The cellar of the building will have recreation space. The building will have outdoor parking.
