Yevgeniy Lvovskiy files plans for 29-unit mixed-use building in Hell’s Kitchen
Yevgeniy Lvovskiy through the company 350 West 44 LLC, on April 21, filed a permit application for construction of a 29-unit, 31,497-square-foot mixed-use building at 350 West 44th Street in Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan.
There have been four new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.
The plans call for the construction of a 66-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00722025.
The development site spans two tax lots. The lot has a width of 75 feet.
The project is described in the filing as: proposed new mixed-use residential/commercial seven-story building with cellar.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby, commercial retail space, and half of one duplex unit. Floors two through five will each have five dwelling units per floor, and floors six and seven will each have four dwelling units per floor. The cellar will have the lower half of one duplex unit.
The architect listed is Z Architecture PLLC.
The property was acquired with two other properties for $14 million on March 4, 2022.
