NY files plans for rehab of Queens College building in Flushing

Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, on April 22, filed plans for $6.4M of work at a Queens College building at 66-40 Kissena Boulevard in Flushing, Queens. The building is known as Razran Hall.

The plans call for a HVAC upgrade the building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00720576.

The project is described in the filing as: hvac upgrade for Queens College Razran Hall.
