Yeshivah of Flatbush files plans for a $10M change in use to a 74K school building in Midwood

Yeshivah of Flatbush, on March 9, filed a permit application for a $10 million change in use of a 74,215-square-foot school building at 1601 Ave J in Midwood.

The plans call for no change in size but a change in use of the 46-foot tall, 4-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: renovation of an existing school, along with occupant load changes. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $10,000,000.
