The property manager for Rockefeller Group’s Mitsubishi Estate, on March 10, filed a permit application for a $6 million change in use of a 1,793,091-square-foot office building at 1251 Sixth Avenue in Midtown West.
The plans call for no change in size but a change in use of the 733-foot tall, 54-story, building.
The project is described in the filings as: herewith filing to show change of use and number of people on 10th and 12th floor. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $6,013,703.
