Yechiel Ausch files plans for 35-unit mixed-use building in East New York

Yechiel Ausch, on March 30, filed a permit application for construction of a 35-unit, 25,097-square-foot mixed-use building at 713 Snediker Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn.

There have been 35 new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plan call for the construction of a 56-foot-tall, five-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00689616. The development site spans multiple tax lots.

The project is described in the filing as: five-story residential and community facility building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have 18 parking spaces, recreation space, community space, and three dwelling units. Floors two through five will each have eight dwelling units per floor.

The property was acquired with two other properties for $381,008 on January 30, 2015.
