Ahron Gluck files plans for 34-unit resi building in Prospect Heights

Ahron Gluck, on March 29, filed a permit application for construction of a 34-unit, 24,225-square-foot residential building at 480 St Johns Place in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn.

There have been 25 new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 80-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00703512. The development site spans one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed new eight-story residential use building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have four dwelling units. Floors two through six will each have five dwelling units per floor, while floors seven and eight will each have three dwelling units. The roof will have recreation space.

The architect listed is Baobab Architects P.C.
