Platinum Management Group files plans for 44-unit mixed-use building in Fordham

Platinum Management Group, on March 29, filed a permit application for construction of a 44-unit, 24,713-square-foot mixed-use building at 2067 Anthony Avenue in Fordham, Bronx. Boris Babakhanov filed the plans.

According to the plans, the building will be a “duplicate” of new building plans that the developer filed in February of 2020 at 2075 Anthony Avenue. The developer confirmed to PincusCo media that these plans were for a new building on a separate tax lot.

The plans call for the construction of a 74-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00706075. The development spans multiple tax lots.

The project is described in the filing as: construct new seven-story mixed-use building as per plans filed. Building is a duplicate of application filed and approved under bis# 210180800.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a children’s day care. The second floor will have an exercise room and four dwelling units. Floors three through seven will each have eight dwelling units per floor.

The architect listed is Issac & Stern Architects, P.C.

The property was acquired for $399,000 on July 18, 2016.
