Yaakov Lefkowitz files plans for enlargement of two-story building to 23 units in Kingsbridge
Yaakov Lefkowitz, on June 2, filed plans for a project to enlarge a two-unit building to a 23-unit building at 2835 Sedgwick Avenue in Kingsbridge, Bronx.
PincusCo recently wrote about the largest residential expansion plans filed in New York City in the previous 12 months.
The plans call for the increase in size of the building from a 23-foot tall, two-story building with two dwelling units to a 54-foot tall, four-story building with 23 dwelling units. This was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00748546.
The project is described in the filing as: existing two-Story two-Family building, to be enlarged vertically to a four-story and penthouse 23-unit building with seven onsite parking spaces.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have three dwelling units. The second floor will have four dwelling units. Floors three and four will each have six dwelling units. The penthouse will have two dwelling units.
The property was acquired for $1.3 million on February 3, 2022.
