Yaakov Lefkowitz files plans for 35-unit resi building in Tremont

Yaakov Lefkowitz, on August 4, filed a permit application for construction of a 35-unit, 23,173-square-foot residential building at 1677 Townsend Avenue in Tremont, the Bronx.

The plans call for the construction of a 74-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00487406. The development site spans one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: new seven-story, 35-family residential building.

According to the plans, floors one through seven will each have five dwelling units per floor. The roof will have recreation space and the cellar will have laundry.
