Demo plans filed at Carnegie Hill site with plans for 44K sf community building

Redeemer Presbyterian Church, on August 6, filed a permit application for the demolition of a building at 150 East 91st Street in Carnegie Hill.

The demolition of the existing 24-unit residential building will make way for the construction of a 44,918-square-foot community building, which the church filed plans for last month.

The church acquired the property from GPG Properties for $29.5 million in August of 2020.

The plans call for the demolition of a 65-foot tall, six-story residential building with 24 dwelling units.
