Xiaoke Tang’s property can be occupied following construction of a 74-unit, 51K sf residential building in Elmhurst

Xiaoke Tang, on April 13, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 74-unit, 51,468-square-foot residential building at 46-02 70th Street in Elmhurst.

The plans, pre-filed on June 16, 2015, call for the construction of an 85-foot tall, 9-story residential building.

According to the plans, the cellar of the building will have room for retail stores and just under 400-square-feet of the ground floor will be used for a commercial lobby. The remaining 1,711-square-feet of the ground floor will be divided into a residential lobby (1,166 sf), a laundry room, and bicycle parking. Dwelling units will be located on floors three-nine, while the second floor will be used for attendant parking.

The average scope of each dwelling unit is 690-square-feet. Angelo and Anthony Ng’s Architect’s Studio is listed as the architect for the project.
