Uri Kaufman’s Harmony Group plans to construct a 180,500-square-feet self-storage building at 350 Beach 79th Street. The parcel is currently occupied by a 34,740-square-feet, two-story, industrial building.
According to the latest deed, Uri Kaufman bought the property in January of 2018 for $5.1 million.
The plans were disclosed on March 26, when the developer filed a zoning map amendment from a M1-1 to M1-2 to facilitate the new building.
