Wy Holding files plans for 45-unit mixed-use building in Flushing

Wy Holding, on April 22, filed a permit application for construction of a 45-unit 40,175-square-foot mixed-use building at 35-12 Union Street in Flushing, Queens.

The plans were on the city’s DOB NOW Open Data site but have now been removed. It is unclear why the plans were taken down and the developer did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The plans call for the construction of a seven-story mixed-use building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number Q00488928. The development will occupy one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: propose seven-story mixed-use building. Obtain new certificate of occupancy.

Due to the plans being removed from open data, PincusCo did not have access to the floor plans.

A & T Engineering, P.C. is listed as the architect.

The property was acquired for $1.4 million on May 20, 2011.
