Global Holdings Management files plans for $18.3 rehab of rental in NoMad
Global Holdings Management Group filed plans for an $18,358,200 rehabilitation of several floors of a residential building at the 404-unit 10 East 29th Street in NoMad, Manhattan.
The plans call for a rehab of floors two through 28 of the 454-foot tall, 48-story residential building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number M00495198.
The project is described in the filings as: Renovations of existing apartments. No change to use, egress, or occupancy. Work to include minor demolition of non-baring partitions and finishes.
Fogarty Finger LLC is listed as the architect.
The developer purchased the building for $380.6 million from Los Angeles County Employees’ Retirement Association in February of 2020.
The developer signed a loan agreement with Wells Fargo Bank, National Association valued at $250 million to acquire and rehab the building.
