W&L Group submits $210.6M condo plan with 154 units in Gravesend

On August 23, a condominium plan was submitted by W&L Group for 154 residential units and two commercial units in Gravesend, Brooklyn.

The condo plan lists the following addresses: 2280, 2286, 2288, and 2310 Cropsey Avenue.

The condo plan, CD210246, has a sellout price of $210.66 million with the New York State Attorney General.

In September of 2014, Meng Hua Wang filed new building plans with the NYC Department of Buildings calling for the construction of a 240-foot tall, 23-story, 241,259-square-foot mixed-use building with 151 dwelling units at the property. The DOB plans have the address of 2286 Cropsey Avenue.

The developer released renderings of the development on its website.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a health care facility, lobby, and charter school lobby. The second floor will have parking for 134 cars. The third floor will be used for charter school space. Floors four through 23 will be used for residential space.

The plans were permitted in 2018.

The developer acquired the site in 2014 for just north of $19 million.
