Mount Sinai files plans for $23.2M project in Carnegie Hill

Mount Sinai Health System, on August 26, filed plans for a $23.2 million project described as minor demo work on multiple floors at 3 East 101st Street in Carnegie Hill, Manhattan.

The plans comes one day after filings for a $9.8 million project to remove mechanical systems from several floors of the building.

The plans call for work on floors one through 12 of the 105-foot-tall, 12-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00565294.

The project is described in the filing as: herewith filing for early minor demo work as per plans. No change in use, egress or occupancy.

The architect listed is David Schwartz RA.
