William Lerner pays $8.5M to Shahrokh Abiri for property in Dyker Heights

William Lerner of Imperial Parking Systems, through the entity 7115 Thirteenth Avenue Realty LLC paid Shahrokh Abiri’s 7119 Realty Co Of Ny, LLC $8.5 million for 7121 13th Avenue, 7119 13th Avenue, 7117 13th Avenue, and 7115 13th Avenue in Dyker Heights. The deal closed on December 23, 2020 and was recorded on January 14, 2021. The transaction consists of 4 parcels, including the tax class primarily two family with store or office (S2) and containing 5 residential units.

This is the second transaction between the two. Also last month Lerner paid $24 million for an office building from Abiri.William Lerner is president of Imperial Parking Systems. The contract date was June 25, 2020. The last time the property sold was July 20, 2011 for $3,150,000.
Over the past five years, there has been one NYC Department of Buildings permit application filed for this parcel valued at more than $20,000. Of those there was one major renovation application including a certificate of occupancy change (A1) filed with a total estimated value of $4,130,000.0.
