Alan Manocherian pays $9M to buy out Jeffrey Manocherian’s 50% stake in Midtown West rental

Alan Manocherian through the entity Fameco LLC paid Jeffrey Manocherian’s Berdar Equities LLC $9.0 million for 369 West 52nd Street in Midtown West. The deal closed on December 31, 2020 and was recorded on January 14, 2021. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class multifamily, converted (D5) and containing 48 residential units. The property is 37,030 square feet.
The sale price per unit is $187,500.

Jeffrey sold his 50 percent interest to Alan, who already owned the other 50 percent.
