Anthony Caggiano through the entity Kinsella Realty, Inc. as seller signed a memorandum of contract with Jacob Landau as buyer through the entity 2246 Fulton LLC to buy 1 parcel, including the tax class light manufacturing building (F5) at 2246 Fulton Street in Ocean Hill. The memorandum was signed on December 29, 2020 and was recorded on January 14, 2021.

The contract was signed November 23, 2020. The memorandum did not disclose a closing date or purchase price. Jacob Landau filed a permit application for a 62-unit project in Brownsville last summer.
