Wildflower files plans for two warehouses, 371K sf feet of construction in Queens
Adam Gordon’s Wildflower Ltd., on March 9, filed two permit applications for the construction of a 252,298-square-foot warehouse at 28-10 Whitestone Expressway in flushing and a 118,906-square-foot warehouse at 153-44 South Conduit Avenue in Jamaica. Matthew Dicker, a partner and CFO with Wildflower filed the plans.
The first plans call for the construction of a 74-foot-tall, three-story building at 28-10 Whitestone Expressway and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00688595. The development site spans two tax lots.

per the plans, the ground floor of the building will be used for warehouse storage and the second floor will be used as a parking garage.
