Turnbridge Equities files plans for 86K sf warehouse in East New York

Turnbridge Equities, on March 11, filed a permit application for construction of a 86,863-square-foot warehouse at 807 Bank Street in East New York, Brooklyn. Kevin Tiseo, director of development and construction at Turnbridge Equities, filed the plans.

There have been 34 new building plans, including these plans, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

Last year the developer filed plans for the construction of an 879,203-square-foot warehouse building at 950 East 149th Street in Mott Haven, in the Bronx.

The plans call for the construction of a 26-foot-tall, one-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00683375. The development site spans two tax lots.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have warehouse space, while the roof of the building will be used for commercial car space.

The architect listed is Adbi Design Services Llc.

The property was acquired for $11.2 million on December 22, 2021.
