Wildflower files plans for 38K sf storage building near JFK
Adam Gordon’s Wildflower Ltd., on October 22, filed a permit application for construction of a 37,975-square-foot storage building at 144-25 153rd Court in Springfield Gardens, Queens.
The plans call for the construction of a 30-foot tall, one-story building, just north of John F. Kennedy International Airport.
The project is described in the filings as: filing herewith construction of one-story building for referral to the BSA. The proposed construction of the new building located within the bed of a mapped street is contrary to GCL 35; approval from BSA is required.
The building will also have six loading berths and parking for 27 cars, according to the plans.
Bohler Engineering is the architect listed.
Last month Gordon’s firm was issued initial TCOs for two 96,970-square-foot storage buildings at 578 Cozine Avenue and 554 Cozine Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn.
