Westbridge Realty Group submitted a new building construction project for a 72-unit, 56,615-square-foot residential (R-2) building at 671 West 187th Street, with an alternate address of 673 West 187th Street, in Washington Heights, Manhattan. The plan was filed on June 19, 2026. It calls for the construction of a 155-foot-tall, sixteen-story building and was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M01417673. The project is described in the filing as: development hub job by default; as project is greater than seven (7) stories, per service notice posted april 16, 2021 such jobs shall be assigned to the development hub unit – subject building is a sixteen story building.. The applicant is the Registered Architect Leandro Dickson of Leandro Nils Dickson Architect. Steven Westreich of Westbridge Realty Group submitted the plans.
