Luce Popaj submitted a new building construction project for a 28-unit, 16,976-square-foot residential (R-2) building at 1495 Boston Road in East Morrisania, Bronx. The plan was filed on June 17, 2026. It calls for the construction of an 84-foot-tall, nine-story building and was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X01417499. The project is described in the filing as: proposed new nine-story residential building. The applicant is the Registered Architect Nikolai Katz of Nikolai Katz Architect.
