The plans call for the construction of a 110-foot tall, 10-story, building with 16,600-square-feet of community space which will be occupied by the Reform Temple of Forest Hills. The dwelling units will be a mix of affordable housing units and market rate units. Of the total dwelling units, approximately 46 will bd affordable to households with incomes at or below eighty percent of the AMI.

The proposed rezoning would lead to the development occupying Block 2246, Lot 31.
