Vijay Gogia files plans for a 84-unit mixed-use building in Belmont

Vijay Gogia, on December 10, filed a permit application for construction of an 84-unit, 62,633-square-foot mixed-use building at 2481 Crotona Avenue in Belmont, the Bronx.

The plans call for the construction of a 95-foot-tall, nine-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00640159.

The project is described in the filing as: File herewith erection of nine-stories, mixed-use building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby and retail space. The second floor will have a lobby and parking. The third floor will have 12 dwelling units, floors four through eight will each have 13 dwelling units per floor, the ninth floor will have seven dwelling units.

The architect listed is Marin Architects, P.C.

The property was acquired with two other properties for $2 million on May 13, 2014.
