Vijay Gogia files plans for 59-unit resi building in Belmont

Vijay Gogia through the company Sky Blu Holdings LLC, on May 17, filed a permit application for construction of a 59-unit, 47,750-square-foot building at 608 East Fordham Road in Tremont, the Bronx.

The plans call for the construction of an 85-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00738471.

The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 128 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: application filed herewith to erect a new eight-story building with a total of 59 class ‘A’ dwelling units.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a corridor and residential lobby. Floors two through four will each have nine dwelling units per floor, while floors six through eight will each have eight dwelling units per floor.

The architect listed is Lester Katz, Ncarb.
