78-unit mixed-use rental planned for Gravesend
MJM Associates Construction LLC is planning to build a 91,503-square-foot mixed-use building with 78 dwelling units at 2390 McDonald Avenue in Gravesend, Brooklyn.
The 10-story building will have 73,021-square-feet of residential space and 18,48-square-feet of commercial space.
The plans were disclosed in a filing seeking a zoning map amendment from C8-1 to C4-4L and a text amendment to map a Mandatory Inclusionary Housing Area (ZR Appendix F) to facilitate the development. The property, which has been owned by Victor Battaglia since 1998, is currently occupied by a car wash.
The CEQR fee was paid on November 12, while the environmental assessment statement was filed on November 16.
No new building plans have been filed yet.
